    How are you? It’s my pleasure to know Amway and yourself 😊
    I am a ABO 9217735 who just joined not long ago. Just to share a story with you:-
    In this rapid changing world nowadays it’s take 10 days (?) to deliver a E Spring, it is unacceptable! It happened that I ordered E spring on 29 April and called up to check on Thursday May 4, due to a holiday of May 1 labour day in between, I was told my address was not clear and it was supposed to deliver on Wednesday. Admin staff scheduled to next day Friday but on Friday I was told to deliver on Sat at 1 pm, no explanation to me why. However in the Sat whole day there was no delivery and no call to keep me posted. Today Monday no call and I have to call twice and finally someone pick up and told me was the vendor who caused the delay and the whole issue. I was surprised to know that this can be happened to Amway as I was just attended Amway 15 years anniversary in Singapore. Amazon delivers their good next day and will try to work out on same day delivery in USA, Alibaba is doing the same in China. Singapore is a very small country, should customer accepts this reason and Excuses?
    I raised questions why would this happened to Amway as it is in Singapore for 15 years already? We should have a stong solid and reliable courier vendor right now, shouldn’t we? Why can’t the delay was not informed to all ABO or to me, it’s ok to pick up ourselves or by giving us a voucher for a little compensation. I also asked why cant’ we engage outside courier services for help or co staff can play a part to help up send out the goods by taking taxi or uber. Because at the end of the day, company’s reputation is very very important to co and every ABO.
    Last but not least, I love Amway because of the name and awesome products, and I decide to make my future and be an entrepreneur with Amway and going to invite more people to join me in this wonderful big family.
